Kikkoman All Purpose 是混合酱油,比老抽咸,但是比生抽颜色深。
生抽是颜色浅,味道鲜,适合炒菜和凉拌;老抽是颜色深,味道淡,适合红烧时用。
如果你的口味觉得混合酱油味道够时颜色太深的话,最好换成生抽酱油。
醋的话,你是觉得不够酸而加很多才觉得颜色深吗?
1. 热菜的话,醋在后期加,这样不用很多,而且醋味在。如果你加早了醋味挥发了,再加,颜色就深了。
2.如果你觉得香醋不够酸(香醋属于甜酸型),你可以试试山西老陈醋(纯酸性)。

35 weeks pregnant
Dear Chuckyus,
Started this week, you guys moved a lot~ what are you guys doing in my mom's tummy?
On Sunday night, mommy felt either your hand or your little head on left side of tummy. Fun!
3 more weeks to go! Please hanging there!

PS: To my self
my weight is counting growing~ hopeful, everything is ok, and the weight will stop at (2**) mark.
My hands are swelling, and sort of hurt.
And I will try my best to keep up with updating the blog.
